Headquartered at Shanghai China, we at Gacy Marine, recognizes ourselves as an one stop service provider for ship services for repairs and supplies. Established in 2008, we have progressed steadily with the supports from various ship owners, ship managers and operators. Today, with a team of more than 50, Gacy Marine has emerged as one of the leading ship repairer whose aim is to provide a comprehensive and cost effective solution to all kinds of merchant vessels.

Our servicing network is enhanced with branches at Qingdao and Singapore, we have professional teams which comprise of experienced and skilled technicians, welders, electricians, fitters and highly functional workshop located at Shanghai enticing repair jobs involving mechanical, electrical and hydraulics. The services offered include but not limited to below:

1. Hydraulic systems and equipment overhaul, including but not limited to hydraulic motors, pumps, cylinders, system trouble-shooting, fabrication of hydraulic hoses.

2. Main engine, Auxiliary Engines overhaul. Major brands such as: MAN B&W, SULZER, WARTSILA, MAK, HIMSEN, YANMAR, DAIHATSU, HYUNDAI.

3. Steel structures and pipelines fabrication. We have team of qualified welders as well as experiences in dealing with class related repairs.

4. Boiler repairs e.g. boiler tubes and drums repair. The relevant approval from IACS members are available e.g. LR, ABS, DNVGL, NK, etc

5. Lifeboat with launching and recovery appliances inspection services. We obtained class approval from ABS, DNVGL, BV, LR, NKK, KR, RINA, etc

6. FFA & LSA services. We obtained class approval from ABS, DNVGL, BV, LR, NKK, KR, RINA, etc.

7. UTM services with class approval from ABS, DNVGL, BV, LR, NKK, KR, RINA, etc.

8. Riding squad with valid passports, seaman’s book, visa, insurance, etc, enable our technicians to sail with vessels to the ports all over the world.

9. AC & Refrigeration plant system services.

10. Marine stores, spares and provision supply.

11. Electrical & Automation services.

Besides, we are pleased to advise you that except for providing you our good services for your good vessels calling ports in China, we are trying to develop our overseas servicinig market in other countries at the same time. Up till now, we have been able to provide the following services for ships at the following ports just in case you request normally or urgently.

1. At Vung Tau port and Ho Chi Minh port Vietnam, we can provide:

(1). Steel structure and pipeline repair and newly fabrication. We have done the same for ships at this port. Such as MV CC NORMA, CC FIDELIO, CC AQUILA, ETC.

(2). Main engine unit overhauling services. We have done the same for ships at this port. Such as MV NAN MAY.

2. At Port Kelang Malaysia, we can provide:

(1). Steel structure repairing service. We have done the same for ships at this port. Such as MV CC LIBRA, MOL GENEROSITY, etc.

(2). Main engine unit overhauling service. We have done the same for ships at this port. Such as MV CC VASCO DE GAMA, APL LION CITY, APL MIAMI, etc.

3. At PSA or anchorage Singapore, we can provide:

(1). Hydraulic services for deck machineries or steering gear. We have done the same for ships at this port, such as MV NYK LIBRA, NYK TRITON, NYK ATHENA, etc.

(2). Steel structures, pipelines, main engine, Aux. engine, AC & refrigeration plant system, electrical/Automation services, LSA/FFE services, UTM services, etc.

Gacy Marine Service has achieved the accreditation of ISO9001 since 2006, this means our management and services have been in compliance with standard quality and procedure.

While we understand there are many much more vendors who does the same and claimed to be the best, we will however be able to prove with our track records.
